3 Virtual Outfits

Your virtual outfits will be delivered within 5–10 working days from your order date. For faster turnaround, select the 24-Hour Rush Fee at checkout.

All virtual styling services are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalised nature. For physical items (if applicable), please refer to our store’s full return policy.

1. Purchase Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
2. Styling Requirements Form
Within minutes of purchase, you’ll be emailed a link to our Styling Requirements Form. This form must be completed before we can begin styling your outfits.
The form will ask for:
• Your event/occasion details (if applicable)
• Location & city (important for climate and seasonal styling)
• Sizing details (clothing, shoes, and accessories)
• Personal style preferences
• Inspiration images (you can upload your own or share links)
• Any specific items you want included/excluded

3. Styling Process Begins
Once we have your completed form, we’ll start curating your looks. Turnaround time is 5–10 working days unless you’ve added the 24-Hour Rush Fee at checkout.
4. Delivery
Your final outfits will be sent by email, complete with visuals, links, prices, and styling notes.
